@GaleForceNine Just got my Veterans Pilot Upgrade. This is one of the best organized boxes I've ever seen. I'm shook with how much thought went into the design (Deck symbols and player trays 🤩)! Can't wait to transfer everything into it tonight!
Yesterday, I received the full text of the OGL 1.1 from a reputable source. The updated Open Gaming License is incredibly restrictive, demands community surveillance and, most importantly, renders the previous WotC OGL an unauthorized agreement.

@ghostbuster9999@AmazonHelp@JeffBezos Yeah, I get that. I'm a pretty patient and understanding guy usually. I just really don't approve of a CSR telling me, "call back tomorrow" to make it someone else's problem and leaving me in the dark. There needs to be a clear escalation practice which is clearly not the case
@AmazonHelp Who can I contact about an actual technical issue with my orders/account? Your customer service reps tell me they can't help instead of escalating it. They have ruined Christmas at this point because it's been over a week and nothing from my order is shipped
@AmazonHelp Responded to the email. Still haven't heard anything back. You've collected my money, I have not received the paid for items. Why is it so hard to figure this out?
@AmazonHelp That message said: "[...] I've escalated your concern to the appropriate team for review. We should hear something back on this within 2-3 days."
This was 5 days ago. Today is the end of the 3rd business day. I've had no response from this issue I first reported on Dec 19th!
@AmazonHelp Done, but you'll have to forgive me if I doubt that filling out that form will result in anything more that either no response or just another crap CSR trying to ignore the problem again.
@AmazonHelp To call back. I just need the email or phone number for someone that can actually HELP and not tell me “it's not working for me, call back tomorrow" how can I escalate this problem to someone that can ACTUALLY HELP? Seriously, I need actual help not a call center
