@OmniHotels We used to enjoy staying at Omni hotels. Now I’m made to feel like a nuisance. While other cars are parked to check-in, I wasn’t allowed because I wasn’t using valet. I arrived 45 min after listed check-in time, to learn the room wasn’t ready and I should go away.
