My newest painting "Kintsugi" - a traditional Japanese way to repair broken things. But instead of hiding the flaw, it highlights them and makes them special with the unique cracks. (I wish I could say more about the story behind this painting but Twitter says no 🤷‍♀️)

@derwentart This is my favorite one so far. I tried to include more details in the background (I was always afraid of painting backgrounds 😱) So this was a huge improvement for me because I really like the end result 😊
