@JoburgParksZoo How are residents suppose to log calls for public tree's that require pruning. Trees are overlapping in private residence , according to by law residents can't prune or cut tree's but City Parks is not doing what they suppose to do by maintaining trees.

@CityPowerJhb 16 days without electricity ..How is it possible that 6 Technicians and the test branch team, can't diagnose problems for the jobs they qualified to be able to do. My personal Electrician had to guide and show them how to check and test for cable faults

@CityPowerJhb Your technicians are using fault calls as a mean to claim call out fees and they resolve nothing , all so that they can get a call out again, to attend to the same problem they never fixed the first time

@CityPowerJhb @CityofJoburgZA I have now seen it all. JHB is crumbling. I have had no electricity since 11 Feb to my house, which is cable fault related. 6 technicians and 6 logged calls later, nothing is resolved. It seems the job is to complicated.
