gave my schematic to gpt6 astra, ran out of tokens so had to settle with placement. Seems like it doesnt take logical decisions that require alot of research, just follows a set of rules...
I AM BLOWN AWAY
Left Opus 5.5 running overnight with one instruction: build me two Indian cities I can walk around
Woke up to Mumbai's Western line and Bengaluru's purple metro, each on its own tiny planet with NPCs, trains & autos you can ride.

@tihenko_ we conduct workshop called Wall-E for our juniors where we teach them basics of electronics and embedded systems, this board is provided to them as a hardware to tinker with...
Open-source hardware finally has a homepage.
7,600+ designs you can actually browse.
1) Browse by hardware: robotics, RF, power, IoT, keyboards...
2) Browse by platform: ESP32, Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi, RP2040, FPGA...
3) Open any project directly in our browser EDA + MCAD
But finding the design is only the start.
AI lives right next to the editor and understands the project you have open.
Ask how the circuit works. Ask why a component is there. Explore the PCB + mechanical design. Then fork it, change it, and make it yours.

p.s. we're not trying to make another place to store hardware files. we're trying to make hardware searchable, understandable, and editable.

made this pcb without any human intervention....
just one prompt in CopperPilot and boom
One clear thing is that it tries to copy the actual Devkit-C1...interesting
Gonna order this bad boy straight away. Here are the changes:
1. Replaced ESP32 WROOM 32E with the better and more powerfull ESP32 S3 WROOM-1
2. Changed the resistor values around TPS and shifted to generic SOT23-6 footprint so the circuit becomes pick and drop
3. Shifter to FFC ribbon connectors and flipped the connections to match the LSA connections
4. Used EN pin to turn off the Buck converter instead of using switch to control the power rail directly.
Excited to test it out!!
