@flipkartsupport @AmanKrBJP This situation created by your logistics delivery boy . First he ask for OTP and submit with no issues in product . Than he opened the defective product and give it to my friend (customer) Ayush and escape from there.
Now Ayush is suffering 😞.

@flipkartsupport @AmanKrBJP Even after this he is still visiting the service centre. Or many days have passed. The service center owner also gave the product a defective on arrival (DOA) certificate. Or he even gave approval for the phone but still did not get the phone to use it.
