@flipkartsupport @AmanKrBJP Even after this he is still visiting the service centre. Or many days have passed. The service center owner also gave the product a defective on arrival (DOA) certificate. Or he even gave approval for the phone but still did not get the phone to use it. #sameonflipkart

Got no response from Flipkart. Order is still pending for pickup since last 18 days. Inefficient Customer care is just making excuses. Don't trust Flipkart for expensive electronics items.Go for @amazon #sameonFlipkart @flipkartsupport @Flipkart @FlipkartStories @flipkart_tech

Very poor experience of Flipkart in Bihar. First they deliver the faulty product and then they are not ready to take it back. Customer care is just a waste of time, they disconnect the call from their end without solving the issue. #Flipkart #FlipkartBigBillionDays #cheaters
