@blaccltd I think there is a lot more to say!! I have been working on change within the industry, within a national contractor and in the supply chain for the last 30 years and these bland comments from consultants who have caused all the problems with their advice just grates.

The procurement method is a function of the state of Cient information at the time a contract with a delivery organisation is needed. Clients need to understand this and Clients Advisors have a responsibility to tell them
