What’s the best way to end a day of learning about characters and settings with the book “Spookley the Square Pumpkin”? Make an edible version of course! #soaron
Vaughan Kinders have had a busy week learning about being in “big kid school”. We made keepsake boxes for home to keep up with all of our Kindergarten projects throughout the year. We have also had a good time celebrating our August birthday friends! #soaron
Thank you @cobbcountyfire for reaching our Kinders how to stay safe at home when there is a fire! Firefighter Ashley did a great job! We appreciate you! #soaron
After a week of comparing & contrasting characters from different versions of “The Gingerbread Man,” it was only right that we end the week by decorating gingerbread houses. Not sure if we got more candy and frosting on our houses or in our bellies, but we sure did have fun!
After reading “Spookley the Square Pumpkin” our Kinders discussed story elements and learned a valuable lesson about looking at the heart of others. We of course had to make our own little Spookley pumpkins and some yummy ones as well! #soaron
