@Delta your app needs to update on delays. On flight DL4109 from ATL to SBN, was delayed 1 hr, we boarded then had to get off. Flight delayed an hour. Walk away and got a text saying flight leaves at 9:20 pm. It’s 9:15pm, haven’t started boarding, no updates.

@82_USjams One thing they need to fix is the communication when product is out of stock. If they would just post updates on the website it would go a long ways for customers. As a SH I love what they are doing for long term positioning, as a customer, they piss me off something fierce.

@Ronxyz00 This proves our education system has seriously failed. I would also like to see the breakdown in fields of study. I am sure the liberal arts degrees lean towards democratic and those like me who have Engineering and degrees that develop critical thinking vote conservative.
