At supper tonight my son expressed his frustration with the SK government for not doing all they can to protect the lives of his family and friends. He asked when the next election is. He’s 12…
@Sask_NDP My new AIMS pay slip looks like a 12yr old’s first time making an Excel document.
I am sure my bank will accept it when I apply for a new mortgage 😂
My last pay slip at least had the SHA logo on it.
@SaskParty@SaskParty you nailed it!
It is pretty dang demoralizing to live and work in Saskatchewan right now under the @SaskParty govt.
I’m grateful you finally acknowledged the truth 😆
🇨🇦 law strictly prohibits firearms in government buildings, incl.parliamentary buildings. This applies regardless of whether the firearm is loaded/unloaded or in a locked case.

Jeremy - what were you saying about “it wasn’t against the rules at that time”
@Doug50187577@SweetCanadianQQ@leaderpost Really?
Canadian law strictly prohibits firearms in government buildings, including parliamentary buildings. This applies regardless of whether the firearm is loaded/unloaded or locked.
@AdamPound7@tammyrobert@randyweekes Bringing an unloaded firearm, even in a locked case, into a parliamentary or legislative building in Canada is still prohibited.
@AdamPound7@tammyrobert@randyweekes Hmmmmm… ChatGPT tells me otherwise.
“No, you cannot carry an unloaded long gun into a parliamentary building in Canada. Canada law strictly prohibits firearms in government buildings, including parliamentary buildings”.
@BryceYourselves@ctvregina Parking on the north side of 20th Ave is restricted- No parking btw school hours 0800-1800. That is why there are no parked vehicles.
The pic/video is quite misleading.
@vanessakmathews @chris_yqr Traffic/parking remains the primary concern.
1. TIA was done in mid-November btw 0730-0900 and 1630-1800. Both schools let out at 1538.
2. Nov is not a good representation of the pedestrian/cyclist traffic in the spring/summer with the pathways, disc golf, QCM, etc.

This is kind of funny….😄 and completely accurate.
We all know the teachers have raised more than one concern but @tkeisig has graciously pointed out that of the 12 concerns raised the government has ONLY offered to budge on ONE. ONE.
Wow, how generous @SaskParty!
The government has moved on a variety of concerns raised by the teachers’ union.
They asked for the same salary formula as MLAs. We have offered that.
Teachers and students should be in classroom.
The teachers’ union should be at the bargaining table.
And in the next 3-9 months they plan to add:
Urgent care centre
20 transition beds
4 high acuity beds (RGH)
60 addiction beds
Space for 220 additional LTC beds
Construction of 240 LTC beds
I think it might be wise to overhaul the current retention/recruitment plan.
Regina’s New Capacity Plan:
They love to rave about already adding 4 ICU beds & 28 medicine beds (PH), 6 high acuity beds (RGH), 6 hospice beds at WRC, meanwhile forgetting to increase staffing for nurses, dieticians, PT/OT and other professional staff.

So you may get a bed but most health care professionals will feel we are providing subpar care b/c we are stretched so thin.
This is the Saskatchewan Advantage:
New beds, substandard care.
