@BlendJet I haven't been able to give them an order number yet because it seems they saw my question and decided to ignore my emails. What is your team doing to compensate people who had to throw out their blendjets because they broke due to negligence before the recall was issued?

@BlendJet They say they are willing to replace things, but stonewall you in their support emails. What is someone supposed to do if their Blendjet2 was damaged and the blades came apart so it had to be thrown out before this recall? So dangerous and they don't even care about a receipt.

@BlendJet Still waiting for the support team to get back to me after 10 days. Had one of the blendjets where the blade came apart and feels like they are ignoring my support request at this point. Very sketchy after a blade issue that could have resulted in injury.
