44yrs female w/Lynch Syndrome & 3cm #UTUC diagnosis in the right kidney. Low-Grade Biopsy. Laser ablation with #HoYAG Vapor Tunnel (10W). Despite ID is deeper with #HoYAG the risk of bleeding is less with pulse modalities. Waiting for 2nd look procedure in 2 weeks.
