Dear @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva my train no. 19020 has been delayed by over 8 hours from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Due to this unexpected delay, I am unable to reach Mathura in time to use my IRCTC Retiring Room booked for 9 July, 8:00 PM so I request you to resolve my issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio I raised a JioFiber reallocation request on 23 Dec 2025, which was cancelled without any resolution. No engineer ever visited. I raised the request again, but still no call or visit. This is pathetic and highly unprofessional service by the Jio team.

@JioMart_Support Again placed the same product which was earlier marked as falsely delivered through quick delivery showing delivery in 10-30 minutes but latter scheduled it to 20 October what type of service are you offering such a pathetic service.
