@dykegrrl Because have you sat down to truly weigh on whether you are prepared to shape and cater for a new human being?the new life you want to create are you the best person to nurture it? What plans have you set for that new life to thrive? 🤷🏽♀️
@sfergs_ They would if people didn't have the emotional range of a tea spoon and thought the only discussion worthy topics are who brings what to which table 🤷🏽♀️...

Do you have a disability and need a medical assessment before applying for an NCPWD certificate?
Pursuant to Section 24(6) of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2025, medical assessment reports for persons with disabilities, including those required for NCPWD registration, shall now be provided FREE OF CHARGE in public health institutions across Nairobi County.
You can enquire about free assessment services at the following facilities:
• Mama Margaret Uhuru Hospital
• Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital
• Mbagathi County Referral Hospital
• Mutuini Hospital, Dagoretti
Pushing for more facilities to join the list, but in the meantime please share this information widely; someone out there may need it! #VIP
@KatheuNzyimi Especially public universities, they don't play about disciplinary issues, utaexpeliwa ukiwa fourth year uende uanza first year somewhere else..
These cars have actually strict protocols. Just go and report at the GVCU in upperhil just before Kenyatta National Hospital. These vehicles have insurance and you will get paid.
Indeed, this is why even major supermarket chains end up closing: employee theft. Kenya is a low-trust society. Don't believe the rants online about abhorring corruption. The reason we are led by thieves is that deep down Kenyans are willing to steal but just lack opportunity
This is Richard Kinyangi. He has been hawking fruits since 2018 after he lost his job. He walks almost the whole of Nairobi. A good man. If you need any fresh fruit delivered to you, this is the guy, especially if you stay along Thika Road... His number 0723892365.
This is me right now. Two years ago I was shot during the June 25 Gen Z protests. I've been living with a spinal cord injury since, and I self-catheterize because of neurogenic bladder.
That led to recurring UTIs and sepsis. Today I successfully underwent surgery at Emory Hospital Nairobi to remove a bladder stone at my left vesico-ureteric junction (5x7mm). The fragments were removed. I'm recovering now with some pain and bleeding, which the doctors say is normal.
@VOCALAfrica_ helped me get here, and I'm grateful. But I still need medication, physiotherapy and follow-up care. I still haven't received any government compensation.
I'm sharing this because I need help for what comes next. Any support means everything. 🙏🏽
