How abt fine BBMP for pathetic roads?? Not sure one can drive beyond 2nd gear within the city.. does seat belt for passengers in rear seat make any sense?? Basic safety shud be with good infrastructure too besides mandating helmet, seat belt and such.

In my daughters wedding we didn't use any disposables. We could serve 10,000+ people, using this platebank facility without generating garbage.

In last 4years, the platebank has supported many, in organising zero garbage events.
