Tried out @Sharpie S-Gel pens thinking they’d be a reliable everyday option. Instead, 4 of the 5 pens skipped constantly and stopped writing mid-use. I wasn’t doing anything unusual—just writing a couple sentences. That’s a serious quality issue.

@RTCSNV Coach 20612 Route 108 SB just passed me up at this stop for no reason (1240pm 3/30/26)! The bus was not full, there was no construction blocking the bus from reaching the stop, etc. The driver finally did acknowledge me but still didn't pick me up. Unacceptable.

In other dining news, Sourdough Cafe is officially out at Arizona Charlie's Decatur and construction to convert the space to Denny's has begun... Many regulars are not happy. Things must be working out at Arizona Charlie's Boulder where Denny's has been open for 3 months ish.

@RTCSNV Route 119 still announces “transfer to Centennial Express” at Tropicana. That information is outdated and confusing, especially for visitors. The service change happened years ago. When will the onboard system be updated? Riders deserve accurate information at all times.

@RTCSNV @TransitApp After the last scheduled departure (e.g., 12:15 AM), the "GO" option disappears, even if the bus is running late. Last night, Bus A didn't leave until 12:39 AM, and I couldn’t tap "GO" to indicate I was on that bus. Please update! #TransitAppFeedback

RTC limits free rides to NYE only.
Is cost really the issue, or is this a policy gap?

Super Bowl = parties + drinking. DUI risk is predictable.
RTC only offers free rides ONE night a year (NYE).
Why not free or extended rides during major events & holidays?
That’s prevention, not a handout.
