@FEMA_Deanne my house flooded with 11” of water April 2023. I have provided FEMA with every form requested. I received rental assistance once in May 2023. I have been paying my mortgage and rent for almost a year. If the goal is to bankrupt me you are accomplishing that. @fema

@Hertz Black people are not welcome to rent vehicles at this Denver 3535 Quebec St location. Ashley needs customer service training and has no empathy. Hertz you should find better help. The lady that worked with her was also rude and said they had no cars today. None zero cars
