@bocedi@AliAbdaal@todoist Projects in Todoist are basically folders, so I set up a project called Notes. Use * in front of the name makes a task uncompletable. ... do that to make a note and the "task" is the note title, the "description" is the note, and you attach files in the "comments."

Large, long lived distributed systems often *cannot* be restarted. Change over time has created hidden, circular dependencies. The system cannot bootstrap, because it never has.
