Some programs measure success by plastic trophies.
We measure success by transformation.
The results are showing up on the field this summer with our 29’s.
Overuse. Kids playing more games each year than professionals. 65 games for 13u’s in one summer alone.
We’re doing our part to help. Educating kids and parents, teaching arm care & strengthening, and prioritizing health and movement literacy over chasing #’s + rankings.
The fastest-growing group getting Tommy John surgery is not professional pitchers. It is teenagers. More than half of those surgeries now happen to athletes between fifteen and nineteen, and the cause is rarely one bad throw. It is years of too much, too young, too tired. The single biggest predictor of an arm injury is pitching while fatigued. So protect the arm now, when no one is watching the radar gun. Count the pitches across every team your son or daughter plays for, not just one. Give the arm real months off. The velocity everyone is chasing means nothing on an athlete who is already hurt.
How do you throw 101 mph? 🤔
Jackson Flora takes you through it, step by step.
One of the best descriptions of pitching mechanics you'll see from a college pitcher!
1/ There is a lot of inaccurate information going around about the NCAA's new eligibility rule, so let me set it straight in plain language. The piece almost everyone is getting wrong: an athlete's five-year clock does not start the moment they turn nineteen. It does not start at nineteen if they are not yet enrolled. It starts the academic year after their nineteenth birthday. Here is the rest and what it means for your family.
The Division I Cabinet has unanimously voted to approve the age-based eligibility model. Additional details to follow.
The Cabinet’s decision is not final until its meeting concludes Wednesday.
IF this happens (it’s just a proposal), the downstream impact on college & HS ball will be significant. The final product won’t be this, but things WILL change.
You can’t control what happens between @MLBPA and @MLB, but you can control how you prepare today.
MLB today proposed an overhauled domestic amateur-entry system that removes high school players from the draft, makes college players eligible after sophomore year, shortens the draft from 20 to 12 rounds, and cuts bonus pool from current $358.7M to $200M, sources tell ESPN.
Great first tournament with @SnyderBaseball. Went 3-1. On the weekend and came in to shut down a close game vs a competitive Stars team. Worked some gritty ABs, and competed.

This isn’t a camp. It’s serious training with real results. Physical development isn’t optional - it’s the price of admission if you want to compete and stay healthy.
Our athletes don’t just train - they transform. DM us for more info and to apply today!
Troy's roster is 76% transfers.
UNC's roster is 24% transfers.
Two completely different roster building philosophies. Same Destination: Omaha.
As a recruit, don't assume every program views the transfer portal the same way.
There is no single path to college baseball.
Movement prep matters.
Our coaches incorporate and teach the same concepts/mobility/constraints/bands/plyos to our athletes.
When our guys show up to college camps the coaches use their prep work as an example. 👀
