@Itsfoss Not always. On the Laptop from my wife, it tooks 3 Hours get Mint to Work. But Manjaro works under 30 minutes 🤷🏼‍♂️

@fosstopia Es wird leider so sein wie es nun mal ist. So lange noch gefühlt alle WhatsApp nutzen, werden sich andere Messenger nur schwer durchsetzen. Nutze neben WhatsApp (weil 99% aller die ich kenne nur das verwenden) noch Threema und Signal, nur leider mit viel viel weniger Kontakten.

@fosstopia Entdecke cosmic gerade erst neu, finde es aber super und werde es demnach auch bald mal als Daily driver verwenden.

@LinuxGuides Funktioniert auch viel besser als anfangs erwarten. Seit Oktober 2025 weg von Windows, Januar dann clouddinste, Mail ect. komplett umgestellt auf Self hosted oder deutsche Unternehmen (auf jeden Fall weg von USA). Bis heute gibt es nichts was mir fehlt, ganz im Gegenteil.🐧
