I'm delighted that our #pedicabs licensing scheme has taken its next step to become law. This week, it completed all stages in the House of Lords.
Our scheme will now make its way to the Commons over the coming weeks, and I look forward to speaking out in the debate.

Delighted to report that the Pedicabs (London) Bill made it through its Second Reading in the Lords this afternoon. It now moves to Lords’ Committee Stage. Had cross Party support.
If no major issues it should make it through to the Commons in the new year. 🤞🤞
