Man throws wine on multiple masked men after they started randomly filming people outside a grocery store in Newport, California.

The group, 'karenchaosvideos,' randomly films people in public for fun without saying anything.

"What if I just took you down? What would that be like? What’s so tempting is I could literally take the three of them down," the man said.

When police arrived, they told one of the women who was filmed that there was nothing they could do because no laws were broken.

"When you're in public, you're allowed to be filmed... They're exercising their rights in public... They want you to get upset so they can film it," the officers were heard saying.
