నాన్నగారి స్వప్నమైన వెల���గొండ ప్రాజెక్టు సాకారం కావడం ఎంతో సంతోషంగా ఉంది. ఆ మహాయజ్ఞంలో భాగస్వామిని కావడం, మా ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో అత్యంత క్లిష్టమైన జంట సొరంగాలను పూర్తిచేసి జాతికి అంకితం చేయడం, ఇవాళ వాటి ద్వారా కృష్ణా జలాలు ప్రవహించడం నాకు ఎంతో సంతృప్తినిస్తోంది. రక్షిత మంచినీరు లేక ఫ్లోరోసిస్‌తో బాధపడుతున్న లక్షలాది కుటుంబాలకు, సాగునీటి కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్న రైతులకు వెలిగొండ ఒక సంజీవని.
కానీ వెలిగొండపై చంద్రబాబు, ఆయన ఎల్లో మీడియా చేస్తున్న హడావిడి చూస్తే ఆశ్చర్యమేస్తోంది. కొన్ని రోజులుగా చేస్తున్నవన్నీ వెలిగొండ నిర్మాణ చరిత్రను మార్చే పబ్లిసిటీ ఫీట్లు, క్రెడిట్‌ చోరీ ప్రయత్నాలే.

చంద��రబాబుగారూ… వెలిగొండ చరిత్ర చాలా స్పష్టం.

చంద్రబాబుగారూ… మీరు, మీ అనుకూల మీడియా ఎంతగా చరిత్రను వక్రీకరించినా వాస్తవాలు మారవు. మీ మీడియాలో మీకు భజన చేయించుకున్నంత మాత్రాన నిజాలను దాచలేరు. 1996లో హడావిడిగా అప్ప‌ట్లో ఎన్నిక‌ల ముందు శంకుస్థాపన రాయి వేసి చేతులు దులుపుకొన్నారు. ఆ తర్వాత 2004 వరకూ ఎనిమిదేళ్లు అధికారంలో ఉన్నా ప్రాజెక్టును ఒక్క అడుగూ ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లలేదు. ఆ ఎనిమిదేళ్లలో మీరు ఖర్చుచేసింది కేవలం రూ.10 లక్షలు. అదీ శంకుస్థాపన, సభ ఏర్పాట్లకే. వెలిగొండపై మీ చిత్తశుద్ధి ఏమిటో ఈ ఒక్క వాస్తవమే చెబు���ోంది.

వైయస్సార్‌ గారు ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయ్యాక జలయజ్ఞంలో భాగంగా వెలిగొండకు సమగ్ర రూపమిచ్చారు. జంట సొరంగాలు, నల్లమలసాగర్‌, మూడు డ్యామ్‌లు, ఫీడర్‌ ఛానల్‌, ప్రధాన కాలువల నిర్మాణాన్ని చేపట్టి ప్రాజెక్టును సాకారం చేశారు.

వెలిగొండకు ప్రాణం 37.587 కిలోమీటర్ల జంట సొరంగాలు. అవి లేకపోతే కృష్ణా జలాలు రావు. వైయస్సార్‌ గారు ప్రారంభించిన నిర్మాణ దశలో 20.333 కిలోమీటర్లు పూర్తయ్యాయి. 2014–19 మధ్య మీ హయాంలో జరిగింది కేవలం 6.686 కిలోమీటర్లు. ఒక్క సొరంగానికీ కూడా బ్రేక్‌త్రూ సాధించలేకపోయారు.
మా ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో కరోనా, ఆర్థిక ఇబ్బందులను ఎదుర్కొంటూనే మిగిలిన అత్యంత క్లిష్టమైన 10.568 కిలోమీటర్ల తవ్వకాన్ని పూర్తిచేశాం. టన్నెల్‌–1ను 2021 జనవరిలో, టన్నెల్‌–2ను 2024 జనవరిలో పూర్తిచేశాం. 2024 మార్చి 6న జంట సొరంగాలను జాతికి అంకితం చేశాం. హెడ్‌ రెగ్యులేటర్లు, కాలువల అనుసంధాన పనులు చేపట్టి నీటి తరలింపునకు మార్గం అప్పుడే మేము సిద్ధం చేశాం. మరి మొత్తం ప్రాజెక్టును మీరే నిర్మించినట్లు ఎలా చెప్పుకుంటారు? ఏ కాంట్రిబ్యూషన్‌ లేకుండానే మొత్తం క్రెడిట్‌ను కాజేయాలనుకోవడం మీ సహజ నైజానికి మరో నిదర్శనం కాదా?

అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక ఈ ప్రాంతానికి మరోవైపున తీరని అన్యాయం చేశారు. మేం చేపట్టిన పెద్దదోర్నాలలోని 131 పడకల సూపర్‌ స్పెషాలిటీ ఆస్పత్రి పనులను ఎందుకు ముందుకు ���ీసుకెళ్లడం లేదు? వెనుక���డిన ప్రాంత ప్రజలకు అత్యుత్తమ వైద్యం అందించేందుకు మేం ప్రారంభించిన మార్కాపురం ప్రభుత్వ మెడికల్‌ కాలేజీ నిర్మాణాన్ని ఎందుకు ఆపేశారు? ప్రభుత్వ రంగంలో పూర్తిచేయాల్సిన మెడికల్‌ కాలేజీని ప్రైవేటు పేరుతో మీ వాళ్ల చేతుల్లో పెట్టేందుకు ఎందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు? వెనుకబడిన ప్రాంతాలపై మీకున్న నిర్లక్ష్యానికి ఇంతకంటే నిదర్శనం కావాలా?

జంట సొరంగాలను మేం 2024లోనే సిద్ధంచేస్తే, 26 నెలలప��టు నిర్వాసితుల పునరావాసాన్ని ఎందుకు పూర్తిచేయలేదు? నల్లమలసాగర్‌కు నీటిని ఎందుకు తరలించలేదు? రెండేళ్లపాటు ప్రజలకు అందాల్సిన సాగు, తాగునీటి ప్రయోజనాలను ఎందుకు ఆలస్యం చేశారు?

మ‌రోవైపు నిర్వాసితుల‌కు ఆర్అండ్ఆర్‌ ప్యాకేజీని కూడా పూర్తిగా చెల్లించ‌లేదు. ఇప్ప‌టికే వంద‌లాది కుటుంబాలు త‌మ‌కు పున‌రావాస ప్యాకేజీ కింద అందాల్సిన డ‌బ్బులు అంద‌లేద‌ని, అయినా బ‌ల‌వంతంగా ఊళ్లు ఖాళీ చేయిస్తున్నార‌ని, త‌మ ఊళ్ల‌కు క‌రెంటు క‌ట్ చేశార‌ని, తాగునీటి స‌ర‌ఫ‌రాను ఆపేశార‌ని ఆవేద‌న వ్య‌క్తం చేస్తున్నారు. ఇవేమీ మీకు కనిపించ��ం లేదా?

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

The UDISE + Data for AY (Academic year) 2025-26 brings to light a very dangerous trend in the State of Andhra Pradesh. There is a clear reduction in the number of enrolments during AY 2025-26, when compared with AY 2023-24, the last year of our Government, particularly in Government schools. The State Government has repeatedly claimed that over 1.10 lakh students have shifted from private schools to government schools, portraying it as evidence of growing public confidence in government education. This is in line with their party's philosophy of making most unjustifiable claims and ones which are very clearly exposed and contradicted by official statistics and figures.

If government schools were indeed witnessing such a large influx of students, the overall enrolment in government schools should have increased. Instead, the UDISE plus (Unified District Information system for School Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India) comparison between AY 2023-24 and AY 2025-26 shows that government school enrolment fell from 40,50,116 to 34,93,450 students, a decline of 5,56,666 students. At the same time, the number of government schools have also been reduced from 45,000 to 44,222, while government-aided schools declined from 991 to 797. What is also noteworthy is that during the same period, the enrolment of students in schools operating under private management have increased from 45,53,380 in 2023-24 to 48,40,296 in 2025-26. Therefore, the enrolment in Government and Government aided schools has come down and the enrolment in private schools has increased. This clearly demonstrates the plight of Government schools in AP and proves that the claim of the State Government is incorrect.

An important aspect that deserves attention is that, the Andhra Pradesh private education sector is dominated by institutions such as Narayana, Sri Chaitanya, Bhashyam, Vignan, and GITAM. The @ncbn Government has close unholy association with these institutions and is therefore clearly weakening the education in Government sector to support the growth of private sector educational institutions.

The statistics indicate a very worrisome trend of quality education being made inaccessible to students who are unable to afford to enroll in private schools.

𝗔 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗿𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

During the period of the YSRCP regime between 2019-24, the number of reforms and transformative steps initiated have brought about substantial improvements in the education system.

The Mana Badi - Nadu Nedu initiative had modernized the infrastructure across 56,703 government schools, welfare hostels, and junior colleges by upgrading facilities like furniture, drinking water, sanitation, classrooms and so forth. Phase I, covering 15,715 schools, was completed, while Phase II extended these improvements to 22,344 schools and Phase III was underway by June 2024.

English medium was made medium of instruction from primary level and to make transition seamless, bilingual textbooks and oxford dictionary were made available to all students. This is most pertinent, considering the reality that our children must be capable of competing in global arena.

Further, 62,000 IFPs were installed in every classroom from 6th class and above to boost digital education.

45,000 smart TVs were installed in every school having classes from 1st to 5th.

With respect to TOEFL, a subject was introduced from class 3 onwards to help students develop spoken English skills. An MOU to this effect was singed with American Educational Testing Services (ETS) to provide international certification for TOEFL.

Further, a major reform was initiated, to enable students to compete and succeed at global level. IB (international baccalaureate) was planned to be introduced and work in this regard had commenced with capacity building and providing training in IB system to teachers, school heads, MEOs and other faculty.

The emphasis of the YSRCP Government was on making quality education accessible to everyone.

రాష్ట్ర పాఠశాల విద్యా రంగంలో ఆందోళనకర పరిణామాలు
‘UDISE+’ గణాంకాలు తేల్చి చెబుతున్న వాస్తవాలు.

‘మా ప్రభుత్వ చివరి ఏడాది అయిన 2023–24తో పోలిస్తే 2025–26లో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల నమోదు భారీగా తగ్గిపోయింది. కానీ, కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం మాత్రం, ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల నుంచి 1.10 లక్షల మందికి పైగా విద్యార్థులు ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చేరారని పదే పదే ప్రచారం చేసుకుంటోంది. ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా వ్యవస్థపై ప్రజల్లో నమ్మకం పెరిగిందనడానికి ఇదే నిదర్శనమని చెప్పుకుంటోంది. ఆధారం లేని ప్రకటనలు చేయడం, ఆ తర్వాత అధికారిక గణాంకాలతోనే దొరికిపోవడం కూటమి ప్రభుత్వానికి అలవాటుగా మారిపోయింది’.

‘నిజంగా 1.10 లక్షల మంది విద్యార్థులు ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల నుంచి ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చేరితే ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో మొత్తం విద్యార్థుల సంఖ���య పెరగాలి కదా? కానీ కేంద్ర విద్యాశాఖకు చెందిన ‘యుడైస్‌’ ( యూనిఫైడ్‌ డిస్ట్రిక్ట్‌ ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్‌ సిస్టమ్‌ ఫర్‌ స్కూల్‌ ఎడ్యుకేషన్‌ – యూడీఐఎస్‌ఈ) వెల్లడించిన అధికారిక గణాంకాలు అందుకు పూర్తి విరుద్ధం��ా ఉన్నాయి. 2023–24 విద్యా సంవత్సరం, 2025–26 విద్యా సంవత్సరంతో పోల్చి చూస్తే, ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య 40,50,116 నుంచి 34,93,450కి పడిపోయింది. అంటే ఏకంగా 5,56,666 మంది విద్యార్థులు తగ్గిపోయారు. అదే సమయంలో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల సంఖ్య 45 వేల నుంచి 44,222 కు తగ్గిపోయింది. ఇంకా ప్రభుత్వ ఎయిడెడ్‌ పాఠశాలల సంఖ్య కూడా 991 నుంచి 797కు పడిపోయింది. మరోవైపు అదే సమయంలో ప్రైవేటు యాజమాన్యంలోని పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య 45,53,380 నుంచి 48,40,296కు పెరిగింది’.

‘అలా ప్రభుత్వ, ఎయిడెడ్‌ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థులు తగ్గిపోతుంటే ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల్లో మాత్రం పెరుగుతున్నారు. అంటే, కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం చెబుతున్నది ఒకటైతే, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ అధికారిక గణాంకాలు వెల్లడిస్తున్న వాస్తవాలు మరొకటి. రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల దుస్థితికి, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రచారంలోని డొల్లతనానికి ఈ లెక్కలే ప్రత్యక్ష సాక్ష్యం’.

‘ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లోని ప్��ైవేటు విద్యా రంగంలో నారాయణ, శ్రీచైతన్య, భాష్యం, విజ్ఞాన్, గీతం వంటి సంస్థల ఆధిపత్యం ఉంది. ఈ సంస్థలతో టీడీపీకి ఉన్న అపవిత్ర సంబంధాల కారణంగానే ప్రభుత్వ విద్యావ్యవస్థను ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా బలహీనపరుస్తూ, ప్రైవేటు విద్యా సంస్థల అభివృద్ధికి @ncbn ప్రభుత్వం బాట వేస్తోందన్న అనుమానాలు మరింత బలపడుతున్నాయి. ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల్లో చదివించే ఆర్థిక స్థోమత లేని పేద, మధ్య తరగతి కుటుంబాల పిల్లలకు నాణ్యమైన విద్యను దూరం చేస్తున్న అత్యంత ఆందోళనకరమైన పరిస్థితి ఇది’.

‘2019–24 మధ్య గత వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ ప్రభుత్వం విద్యా రంగంలో విప్లవాత్మక సంస్కరణలు తీసుకొచ్చింది. మనబడి నాడు–నేడు ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు, సంక్షేమ వసతి గృహాలు, జూనియర్‌ కళాశ��లలు కలిపి 56,703 విద్యా సంస్థల్లో మౌలిక సదుపాయాల అభివృద్ధికి చర్యలు చేపట్టాం. ఫర్నిచర్, రక్షిత మంచినీరు, రన్నింగ్‌ నీటి సదుపాయంతో కూడిన మరుగుదొడ్లు, అదనపు తరగతి గదులు తదితర సదుపాయాలతో ప్రభుత్వ విద్యాసంస్థల రూపురేఖలను మార్చాం. మొదటి దశలో 15,715 పాఠశాలల్లో పనులు పూర్తి చేశాం. రెండో దశలో 22,344 పాఠశాలలకు పనులను విస్తరించగా, మూడో దశ పనులు కూడా 2024 జూన్‌ నాటికి కొనసాగుతున్నాయి. నాడు–నేడు కార్యక��రమం కోసం మన ప్రభుత్వం రూ.8,524 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేసింది’.

‘ఎనిమిదవ తరగతి విద్యార్థులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు బైజూస్‌ కంటెంట్‌తో కూడిన ట్యాబ్‌లను ఉచితంగా అందించాం. పేద పిల్లలు ప్రపంచస్థాయిలో పోటీ పడాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ప్రాథమిక స్థాయి నుంచే ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమాన్ని ప్రవేశపెట్టాం. విద్యార్థులు సులభంగా ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమంలోకి మారేందుకు ద్విభాషా పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలు, ఆక్స్‌ఫర్డ్‌ డిక్షనరీలను అందించాం. ఆరో తరగతి నుంచి ప్రతి తరగతి గదిలో డిజిటల్‌ బోధన కోసం 62 వేల ఇంటరాక్టివ్‌ ఫ్లాట్‌ ప్యానల్స్‌ (ఐ���ఫ్‌పీ) ఏర్పాటు చేశాం. ఒకటి నుంచి ఐదో తరగతి వరకు విద్యార్థులున్న పాఠశాలల్లో 45 వేల స్మార్ట్‌ టీవీలను ఏర్పాటు చేశాం. ఇంకా మూడో తరగతి నుంచే విద్యార్థుల్లో స్పోకెన్‌ ఇంగ్లిష్‌లో నైపుణ్యం పెంపొందించేందుకు టోఫెల్‌ శిక్షణ ప్రవేశపెట్టాం. ఇంకా విద్యార్థులకు అంతర్జాతీయ టోఫెల్‌ సర్టిఫికేషన్‌ అందించేందుకు అమెరికాకు చెందిన ఎడ్యుకేషనల్‌ టెస్టింగ్‌ సర్వీసెస్‌ (ఈటీఎస్‌)తో ఒప్పందం చేసుకు���్నాం’.

‘ఇంకా మన పిల్లలు ప్రపంచస్థాయిలో పోటీ పడి విజయం సాధించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ఇంటర్నేషనల్‌ బాకలారియేట��‌–ఐబీ విద్యా విధానాన్ని కూడా ప్రవేశపెట్టేందుకు చర్యలు ప్రారంభించాం. ఐబీ విధానంపై ఉపాధ్యాయులు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఎంఈవోలు, ఇతర విద్యాశాఖ సిబ్బందికి శిక్షణ, సామర్థ్యాభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టాం’

‘ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలను కార్పొరేట్‌ పాఠశాలలకు ధీటుగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు మన ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతి అడుగూ ముందుకు వేసింది. కానీ ఈరోజు కూటమి ప్రభుత్వంలో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు తగ్గుతున్నాయి. ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య పడిపోతుండగా, ప్రైవేటు విద్యా సంస్థల్లో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య పెరుగుతోంది. ఇది ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాల విద్యా రంగంలో ఆందోళనకర పరిణామం’.

If ganja and liquor bottles are found in the very vehicle of police personnel who are supposed to prevent the illegal transportation of ganja and liquor, what more evidence is needed to show how badly the situation in the State has deteriorated?

@ncbn garu… where exactly are you taking the State? If illegal activities are taking place within the very police system that is supposed to protect the people, and through the very machinery that is meant to prevent such offences, whom should the people trust? To whom should they complain?

What happened at Sankhavarappadu in Addanki Mandal of Prakasam district cannot simply be dismissed as an isolated incident. For the past two years, instead of using institutions for the people, they have been used for political vendetta, to silence opponents, to implement your Red Book Constitution, and, along with your MLAs, to facilitate collections. This downfall is the result of that misuse. This incident clearly shows how deeply institutions can become corrupted when they are used for political interests and collections.

Against this backdrop, a car in which two SIs were travelling was driven by a driver under the influence of alcohol and collided with an auto, leaving those travelling in the auto seriously injured. After the accident, people surrounded the car. The two SIs in the car were also found to be in an intoxicated condition, while ganja, liquor and a police uniform were found in the boot of the car. When the people present there themselves turned into journalists, recorded videos of what had happened and tried to bring the facts before the public, another CI who reached the spot threatened them, saying, “Don’t take videos; we will file cases.” This shows the level to which things have deteriorated under your rule. Is exposing the truth a crime? Is questioning wrongdoing an offence?

The information that these two police officers organised private parties where liquor and ganja were used, and that several TDP leaders participated in those parties, is even more shocking. The allegations that local TDP leaders helped the two police officers escape from the scene are also extremely serious. This incident exposes how deep the nexus between ruling-party leaders and a system that is supposed to function impartially has become. In such circumstances, can anyone believe that everything from the registration of cases to investigations at police stations across the State is being conducted impartially?

Chandrababu garu… if you spend hours every day preaching morality in public while poisoning institutions from within through political conspiracies and vendetta, these are the results. At least some of the attention being devoted to filing cases against political opponents and harassing them should be directed towards maintaining law and order and cleansing the police system.

Do not use your media strength to cover up this incident as well. Do not divert the issue. Order an impartial investigation and take action against those responsible, irrespective of who they are. Act honestly without once again unleashing the Red Book against the people who questioned this incident and without harassing those who recorded the videos.

గంజాయి, మద్యం అక్రమ రవాణాను అరికట్టాల్సిన పోలీసుల వాహనంలోనే గంజాయి, మద్యం బాటిళ్లు కనిపిస్తే… రాష్ట్రంలో పరిస్థితులు ఎంత దారుణంగా దిగజారిపోయాయో చెప్పడానికి ఇంతకంటే సాక్ష్యం ఇంకేం కావాలి?

@ncbn గారూ… అసలు రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఎక్కడికి తీసుకెళ్తున్నా��ు? ప్రజలకు రక్షణ కల్పించాల్సిన పోలీసు వ్యవస్థలోనే, అక్రమాలను అడ్డుకోవాల్సిన యంత్రాంగంతోనే అక్రమాలు చేయిస్తుంటే, వాటిలోనే అవినీతి చోటుచేసుకుంటే ప్రజలు ఎవరిని నమ్మాలి? ఎవరికి ఫిర్యాదు చేయాలి?

ప్రకాశం జిల్లా, అద్దంకి మండలం, శంఖవరప్పాడు వద్ద జరిగిన దాన్ని ఏదో ఒక్క ఘటనగా కొట్టిపారేయలేం. రెండేళ్లుగా వ్యవస్థలను ప్రజలకోసం కాకుండా రాజకీయ కక్షసాధింపులకు, ప్రత్యర్థుల గొంతు నొక్కడా���ికి, మీ రెడ్‌బుక్‌ రాజ్యాంగాన్ని అమలు చేయడానికి, మీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలతో కలిసి కలెక్షన్లు తెచ్చిపెట్టుకోవడానికి, వాడుకున్న ఫలితమే ఈ పతనం. వ్యవస్థలను రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనాలకు, మీ కలెక్షన్లకు వాడుకుంటే చివరకు అవి ఎంతగా భ్రష్టుపడతాయో ఈ ఘటన కళ్లకు కడుతోంది.

ఈనేపథ్యంలో, ఇద్దరు ఎస్సైలు ప్రయాణిస్తున్న కారు, తా��ిన మత్తులో ఉన్న డ్రైవర్‌ ఒక ఆటోను ఢీకొట్టడం, ఆటోలో ఉన్నవాళ్లు తీవ్రంగా గాయపడ్డం, యాక్సిడెంట్‌ అయిన తర్వాత ఆ కారును చుట్టుముట్టడం, ఆ కారులో ఉన్న ఇద్దరు ఎస్సైలు మత్తులో ఉన్న పరిస్థితిలో ఉండడం, ఆ కార్‌ డిక్కీలో గంజాయి, మద్యం, పోలీస్‌ యూనిఫాం దొరకడం, చివరకు అక్కడున్న ప్రజలే జర్నలిస్టులుగా మారి, జరిగిన ఘటనను వీడియో తీసి వాస్తవాలను ప్రజల ముందుంచే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తే, “వీడియోలు తీయొద్దు, కేసులు పెడతాం” అని అక్కడకు చేరుకున్న మరో సీఐ, బెదిరిస్తున్నారంటే మీ పాలనలో పరిస్థితి ఏ స్థాయికి చేరిందో అర్థమవుతోంది. నిజాన్ని బయటపెట్టడమే నేరమా? ప్రశ్నించడమే తప్పా?

ఈ ఇద్దరు పోలీసు అధికారులు ప్రైవేటు పార్టీలు నిర్వహించారని, మద్యం, గంజాయి అక్కడ వాడారని, ఆ పార్టీలో పలువురు టీడీపీ నేతలు పాల్గొన్నారన్న సమాచారం మరింత దిగ్భ్రాంతి కలిగిస్తోంది. ఘటనా స్థలం నుంచి కారులో ఉన్న ఆ ఇద్దరు పోలీసు అధికారులను స్థానిక టీడీపీ నాయకులు తప్పించారన్న ఆరోపణలు కూడా అత్యంత తీవ్రమైనవి. నిష్పక్షపాతంగా పనిచేయాల్సిన వ్యవస్థతో అధికార పార్టీ నాయకుల కుమ్మక్కు ఎంత లోతుకు వెళ్లిందో ఈ ఘటన బయటపెడుతోంది. అలాంటప్పుడు రాష్ట్రంలో పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్లలో కేసుల నమోదు నుంచి విచారణ వరకు నిష్పక్షపాతంగా జరుగుతుందని ఎవరైనా నమ్ముతారా?

చంద్రబాబుగారూ… రోజూ గంటలకొద్దీ పైకి నీతి కబుర్లు చ��బుతూ, లోపల రాజకీయ కుట్రలు, కక్షసాధింపులతో వ్యవస్థలను విషపూరితం చేస్తే ఫలితాలు ఇలాగే ఉంటాయి. రాజకీయ ప్రత్యర్థులపై కేసులు పెట్టడం, వారిని వేధించడం మీద చూపిస్తున్న శ్రద్ధలో కనీసం కొంతైనా శాంతిభద్రతలపై, పోలీసు వ్యవస్థ ప్రక్షాళనపై పెట్టండి.

ఈ ఘటనను కూడా మీకున్న మీడియా బలంతో కప్పిపుచ్చకండి. డైవర్ట్‌ చేయకండి. నిష్పక్షపాత విచారణ జరిపించి, తప్పుచేసినవారు ఎంతటివారైనా చర్యలు తీసుకోండి. ఘటనను నిలదీసిన ప్రజలపై మళ్లీ రెడ్‌బుక్‌ ప్రయోగించకుండా, వీడియోలు తీ��ిన వారిని వేధించకుండా నిజాయితీగా వ్యవహరించండి.

మొదటి రోజు వైయస్సార్‌ కడప, రెండో రోజు అనంతపురం, సత్యసాయి జిల్లాలకు చెందిన ఐదుగురు ఉపాధ్యాయ సంఘాల టీచర్లను ఎందుకు సస్పెండ్‌ చేశారు? వారు ఏం నేరం చేశారు? వారు ఉద్యోగంలో చేరే నాటికి లేని టెట్ ఇప్పుడు ఇన్ని సంవత్సరాల తర్వాత రాయాలి, అన్న టెట్‌ నిబంధన వల్ల లక్ష మందికిపైగా సీనియర్‌ టీచర్లు ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారు. ఆ నిబంధన నుంచి తమను మినహాయించాలని కోరుతూ, వారికి మద్దతు ఇస్తున్న ఎంపీలతో కలిసి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి వినతిపత్రం ఇవ్వడమే నేరమా?

ఒక సమస్యను పరిష్కరించాల్సిన ప్రభుత్వం, అదే సమస్యను రాజకీయ కోణంలో చూసి టీచర్లకు రాజకీయాలను అంటగట్టడం దారుణం. మరీ ఇంతగా దిగజారి వ్యవహరిస్తారా?

ఉద్యో���ుల విషయంలో మీ మోసం కూడా ఇదే స్థాయిలో ఉంది.
మేనిఫెస్టోలో ఉద్యోగులకు ఇచ్చిన హామీలన్నింటినీ పూర్తిగా గాలికి వదిలేశారు. ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చిన వెంటనే IR ప్రకటిస్తామన్నారు. మెరుగైన PRC ఇస్తామన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చి మూడో ఏడాది నడుస్తోంది ! IR లేదు! PRC లేదు! 5 DAలు పెండింగ్ !
CPS/OPSను పునఃసమీక్షిస్తామంటూ ఉద్యోగులకు ఆశ చూపారు. చివరకు CPSకు ప్రత్యామ్నాయంగా మేం ప్రకటించిన GPSను కూడా అమలు చేయకుండా ఉద్యోగులను త్రిశంకుస్వర్గంలో పెట్టారు.

ఉద్యోగులకు ఇవ్వాల్సిన PRC బకాయిలు, పెండింగ్‌ డీఏలు, GPF, APGLI, మెడిక���్‌ రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌, రిటైర్‌మెంట్‌ బెనిఫిట్స్‌, సరెండర్‌ లీవ్స్‌ లేదా ఎన్‌క్యాష్‌మెంట్‌ లీవులు… ఇలా దాదాపు రూ. 35వేల నుంచి రూ.40 వేల కోట్ల బకాయిలు పెట్టారు.
తమకు న్యాయంగా రావాల్సిన డబ్బుల కోసం ఉద్యోగులు ఎదురుచూస్తుంటే ఒక్క పైసా ఇవ్వరు. కానీ వారికి సస్పెన్షన్లను బహుమానంగా ఇస్తున్నారు.ఇదేనా ఉద్యోగుల పట్ల మీ గౌరవం? ఇదేనా టీచర్ల పట్ల మీ బాధ్యత?
అధికారం ఉందనే అహంకారంతో, నియంతృత్వ వ��ధానాలతో మీరు చెలరేగిపోతున్న తీరును ప్రజలు గమనిస్తున్నారు చంద్రబాబుగారూ. చివరకు మీ నీడను కూడా మీరు భరించలేని స్థాయికి వెళ్లిపోయారు.

వెంటనే ఆ ఐదుగురు టీచర్లపై విధించిన సస్పెన్షన్లను ఎత్తివేయండి. వారికి క్షమాపణ చెప్పి చేసిన తప్పును సరిదిద్దుకోండి. లేకపోతే ఈ అంశాన్ని అత్యంత సీరియస్‌గా తీసుకుంటాం. ఈ అన్యాయమైన సస్పెన్షన్లను సవాల్‌ చేసే కార్యక్రమంలో ఆ టీచర్లకు న్యాయపరంగా పూర్తిగా అండగా నిలుస్తాం. వారికి భరోసా ఇస్తాం. అన్యాయాన్ని ప్రశ్నించే ప్రతి గొంతుకూ వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ అండగా నిలుస్తుంది.
