He was unlucky because by the time he came on the scene, the quality of hindi film music was at its lowest. Most of the crap music of the 1980s-90s didn't suit his style.

@m_AmanGupta A regular CD drive only has read capability. You need a CD-RW drive that can also write.

A CD-RW by its nature can be rewritten. The write-once feature is only on factory-burned CDs.

Finally, USB flash drives have more longevity compared to CD-RW disks.
