@hsu_steve Selecting for highest value does not need to require more resources. On the contrary it can generate government income. Simply auction off the slots and sponsors will select only those that offer real value.

@Conanbatt@PerBylund The major hospitals refuse to publish prices. I have directly asked the billing department in Mount Sinai hospital in NY for the cost of care and was told that they don't know and that I must wait for the bill to find out!
