@Uber_Support I was on the phone to paramedics whilst they resuscitated my mum of course I'm not going to answer the phone we are still at the hospital now! If he'd been at the correct address then the food could have been left as per the instructions on my account!

Driver didn't leave my @ubereats_uk delivery as he said he did. Didn't follow instructions to deliver it to MY front door. Couldn't answer the phone as the paramedics were with my elderly mother & @ubereats_uk won't give me a refund...thanks for your compassion
