Yesterday's storm dropped some much needed water here in the #VerdeValley to help keep the #RafaelFire in check. Much less threatening smoke clouds in the distance. From over Cottonwood, Friday at 7pm.

The #RafaelFire continues northeast as clouds move in from the south. Fingers crossed they bring rain. From directly over Cottonwood. Tuesday, 5:15pm

This is farther east than the #RafaelFire 's position yesterday. Either this is it's migration toward Flagstaff, or this is a new fire. 225' directly over Cottonwood. Tuesday, 5:15pm.
