@hackathonmaster @FedorovMykhailo I saw this on another post for average individuals: Find pro-Russian tweets and spam them in the comments section. You can even search Facebook, IG and YouTube for Russian content. Most of this is now illegal, especially if it contains false information. Report them.

You can do the same with Russian government tweets, posts, or websites. Use a VPN if you go on government websites though. The easiest thing to do would be spamming the tweets. Have fun!

If this is the case for someone shooting a weapon, I'm assuming it's the same for cyber warfare.
