@tjmaxx Our cards were declined without the transactions going through. The ordeal took more than 30 minutes past closing time. I asked if the system was off and was told that was not the case and that sometimes they also have problems accepting payments with checks.

@tjmaxx After a long wait on the phone I was able to speak with a bank representative while my card was repeatedly declined at the store. She assured me there was no problem with my card or my funds. Neither of us 3 received any text or email that our cards were declined.

@tjmaxx 2 casherers & Ivana, Assist. Manager, 473 is the transaction # I was given. I want to reiterate that all 3 were respectful and didn't know what the problem was. Payment was declined in 3 different terminals, yet I was able to pay for gas with my card after we left the store.

@tjmaxx #774 Tucson, AZ 6337 E Broadway Blv. We spent almost 2 hrs shopping. My niece's, daughter's, & my card were declined despite having enough to cover our purchases. We spoke with our bank & were told there wasn’t any problem with our cards no record of a declined transactions.
