Can someone explain to me why my dd is going from £91.30 per month to £182.43 per month. You failed to issue any bills from Feb through to September and its only come to light because a friend had a similar issue so I checked my account. Complete incompetence.

Can anyone explain why there is no compensation being offered to people affected by your issues last tues. My daughter spent 23 hours at Gatwick on her way to Dublin, 4 of these hours in a plane on the tarmac with no information and no water or food offered. Disgraceful
