@united very upset with how my luggage got lost. And it says it arrived in Newark. I went there to pick it up and they told me now I can’t have it until my luggage goes through customs. How frustrating.

unhappy about how @lufthansa @united has lost our luggage. I went to Newark Twice today & theres no way of getting in contact with anyone!The lady at the desk said I have 1 question only. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT. We came from Europe for a wedding and have nothing!
