@antialienationp It's fairly common. My parents were never married, but there was still a custody fight when my mom came back, and she pulled a LOT of that shit (mostly pushed to by her dad though, to be fair/clear about who's to blame for MY particular miseries and experiences with this).

I still have the documentation she used and the allegations she coerced my sisters into.
