@allinsermsn Do they have the blue film over it? If that's the case the blue film needs to be removed. Otherwise it shouldn't be scratching the pad. What pad are you using?

@allinsermsn Not that we know of. It’s usually plug and play with the software being used if you want to modify the key assignments and other settings.

@DemitriKeller The Sakura HT-S were manufactured specifically with the Kailh 8.0. Not sure why he says they aren't in there, but can't say for sure unless we have it in front of us.

@DemitriKeller Sorry for the confusion, this is a mistake on the listing and has now been updated. The sensor is the 3360 since it’s a “Classic” edition. The price of the unit also reflects this since it’s not the “Ace” version. It does have Kailh 8.0 though.

@mjctwitfmmg @g_wolves It's sold by us so they are real. Under "Buy Now" you can see that it says Ships from Amazon and Sold by VESSEL GAMING. The HT-S wasn't discontinued, it just took awhile to get the new batch of them in. We just shipped in a new batch of them this week.
