What began as a deeply personal journey has grown into a movement of compassion. For seven years, we have stood as a reminder that every story matters, every tear is valid, and every parent deserves dignity in their grief.
November Angel Babies ππ
We light our candles in remembrance of the Angel Babies of November, those who never arrived in our arms and will always be in our hearts, and those who were carried for a moment and loved for a lifetime.
#MakingBabyLossCount ππ
When a baby dies through miscarriage, TFMR (termination for medical reasons), stillbirth or neonatal deaths, the baby often lives on in the mind and imaginings of the mother and father. While the baby's life has ended, the relationship continues.
Angel parents develop an array of creative ways to continue their bonds with their baby(ies) after he/she has died; these become rituals for them. The idea of continuing bonds suggests that not only do they help with the grief, but they are potentially healing and therapeutic.
