Seriously, @SouthwestAir? We were lit-er-a-ally FORCED to gate check our bags. The gate agent stopped boarding and refused to let anyone on until groups 7 and 8 went BACK to customer service and checked our small carry-ons. 1/2

I am a veterinarian and also teach undergraduate pre-vet students. I cannot overstate how this is going to impact our students/our field along with many others. The last time I asked an AZ congressman about it, he had no idea these potential impacts even existed.

Hey @Chase, are you guys aware of the problems with the back button on the online ordering system in the Sapphire lounges? I posted about it in a large travel group and everyone has experienced the same problem. I’ve experienced it at SAN, BOS, and PHL so it is system-wide.

@ISID_org So many of my students were inspired by their ProMED subscriptions and assignments - multiple have gone on to apply for MPH or microbiology programs as a result. I start each day with a ProMED review. I am devastated to lose this resource for my students.

@ISID_org Veterinarian and professor here, asking you to please please consider offering an educator/student subscription model. ProMED is a huge part of my Emerging Infections course. Students normally have to subscribe on day 1 & follow along all semester with assignments and projects.
