@CleohLiL Me siento tan incómodo cuando debo algo, que trato de quitarmelo de encima lo antes posible, me sorprende muchísimo ver casos de todo lo contrario. Me parece bastante mal la verdad.
Yep, after years of nepotism, toxic management, and insults disguised as jokes, I spearheaded a collective complaint against two managers who had been mistreating people for years.
When the time came to speak up, most of the coworkers who had been complaining backed down and denied everything.
That was the moment I thought, "fuck this," and never came back.
Later, those same managers were found guilty of workplace harassment. They kept their jobs anyway. One even got a retirement party.
No regrets.
Great news! This week, Super Woden Rally Edge will be 25% off on #steam, so if you don't already own it, take advantage of this opportunity! Link here: https://t.co/jotFNv6prh
And on another note, Eastasiasoft's summer showcase has been announced, confirming the release of Rally Edge on consoles this summer as planned 🌞🌻:

@BeanJuiceStudio Trying to appeal to a broad audience can lead to losing focus.
Or attempting something overly original, which usually fails. It's better to start in safe territory and offer something more traditional.
@TheSkinnyRage I relate to that a lot!
Where I worked, nepotism and favoritism consistently made life harder for the people who actually did things well and stayed professional.
Over time, you realize it’s not a system that rewards merit, and it drains you.
