Paid £447 for two tickets on viagogo based on the seating map shown at booking. The stage was in a completely different position, leaving us with a far worse view Viagogo says the map is only illustrative and won't refund or compensate. #Buy at your own risk.

@MiaNkhjames@viagogo A very similar thing happened to me. They are a 100% awful company who think that offering a refund makes up for the excitement they crush in their customers. I hate the company.
