@theo Mobile constantly has bugs. cant open threads on mobile sometimes. no copy button on responses. when I cue a message its not clear, but it sends when agents turn is over (unexpectedly sometimes). UI is a bit messy - guidance text in textbox isn't centred etc. it can do with love
