Flight in <24 hrs and still no resolution after 12+ hours from SpiceJet. Return flight already cancelled yet refund for PNR OELRVW is being denied. Passengers cannot be forced to travel under such circumstances. Request urgent intervention @flyspicejet@MoCA_GoI@AirSewaIndia
@AmexIndia@AmericanExpress@RBI Spent ₹4L+ by 8 Mar but still waiting for 25K points + ₹10K Taj voucher.
Jan–Mar: ₹3.95L + ₹9.3K (spent on 8 Mar but not settled in March statement) = ₹4.04L.
Following up since 9 Mar—only “wait more” responses. Please resolve ASAP.
@AmexIndia@AmexIndia@RBI@jagograhakjago Still no response despite multiple follow-ups and email.
Pending 25K points + ₹10K Taj voucher even after ₹4L+ eligible spends. Highly disappointing.
If not resolved immediately, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with RBI Ombudsman.
@AmexIndia@AmexIndia No response yet on the email shared earlier. This delay is getting unreasonable now.
Request immediate action on pending 25K points + ₹10K Taj voucher despite eligible spends. Escalating further if not resolved.
@AmexIndia@AmexIndia Mail sent with complete details as requested. Kindly review and resolve this on priority—pending 25K points + ₹10K Taj voucher despite eligible spends.
Looking forward to a quick resolution.
@MoCA_GoI These advisories sound reassuring but passengers like me are left helpless. My flight with SpiceJet is in <10 hrs and the airline refuses refund/waiver even after my return flight got cancelled. After escalating to AirSewa there is still no solution. Request urgent intervention
Update:With no resolution for 12+ hrs & flight within 24 hrs, I was forced to cancel & pay cancellation charges. This happened only due to SpiceJet’s delay in processing refund flight for PNR OELRVW. Request refund of the cancellation charges @flyspicejet@MoCA_GoI@AirSewaIndia

Booked SpiceJet SG-5651 (13 Mar) with family. Due to the current missile/drone attack situation, we don’t feel safe travelling. Still @flyspicejet refuses full refund saying flight is operational, while @IndiGo6E allows refunds till 31 Mar. Please intervene @DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI
@makemytripcare 12+ hours and still no resolution from SpiceJet. My flight is in <24 hrs, return flight already cancelled, yet they refuse refund even under force majeure. Passengers cannot be forced to travel in such circumstances. Extremely irresponsible. Request urgent intervention
@GDRFADUBAI
I obtained a 30day Dubai tourist visa via @makemytrip for upcoming travel, but due to the current security situation and travel uncertainty I may need to postpone my trip. Please advise if visa validity can be extended or revalidated in such cases?

@MoCA_GoI Dear Ministry of Civil Aviation, SpiceJet is refusing refund for PNR OELRVW. In current UAE situation with missile/drone attacks, no airline should force passengers to travel for vacation. Kindly intervene urgently. Tomorrow is my flight
@flyspicejet@MoCA_GoI@DGCAIndia@RamMNK Despite sharing proof of Air India cancellation for my onward journey, @flyspicejet is still refusing fee waiver for my 13 Mar Dubai flight. No response despite multiple follow-ups. Request urgent intervention from @DGCAIndia and @MoCA_GoI. PNR shared via DM.
@flyspicejet Return flight already cancelled by airline with full refund, and EaseMyTrip waived their fee, yet SpiceJet is charging ₹6350 per passenger.
Request fee waiver/full refund.

@flyspicejet It’s been 4+ hours since I shared proof of my cancelled Air India return flight (21 Mar). Still waiting for confirmation from SpiceJet regarding fee waiver for cancelling my 13 Mar booking. Only being told “we are checking”. Kindly resolve urgently.
@DGCAIndia
@flyspicejet Return flight on Air India (21 Mar) already cancelled with full refund. Shared all proofs with SpiceJet for cancelling my 13 Mar booking. It’s been 4 hours and still being told “we are checking” with no ETA. Kindly confirm fee waiver / full refund urgently.
@MoCA_GoI@RamMNK
@flyspicejet EaseMyTrip has waived their charges (7196 INR), but SpiceJet is still charging cancellation fees (6350/passenger). Request full refund / fee waiver considering the situation.
