Its crazy to me how people still don't understand basic math. Bitcoin only needs to rise about 2.05% per year for the whole setup to run smoothly. STRC pays a high ~11.5% variable dividend. If Bitcoin grows at least that modest 2% per year CAGR, the extra value in their huge Bitcoin stash covers those dividends automatically. No need to print and sell new common shares (MSTR), so regular shareholders avoid dilution.

He’s swapping old-school bond risks for a simple bet on Bitcoin. Modest growth = high yields for preferred holders and protection for everyone else.
