@Pontifex_es reunification can be done with a patriarchical council where all eastern and western patriarchs have a equal vote on major decisions while being independent but unified @EcuPatriarch
Happy birthday to the Mother of God, and our Mother.
Today, September 8, the Church celebrates the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Before she held the Infant Jesus, before her “yes” at the Annunciation, before she stood faithfully beneath the Cross, Our Lady was herself a little child.
Her greatness is her complete surrender to God. The child whose birth we celebrate would become the Mother of our Saviour, carrying within her the One whom heaven and earth cannot contain.
This feast reminds us that God is already at work before we can see what He is preparing. Mary’s birth preceded the joy of Bethlehem, and her life would be devoted entirely to the Son who came to save us.
Honour her today with a Hail Mary, a decade of the Rosary, or a quiet moment of gratitude for her maternal care.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Please don’t excommunicate me just a random thought
Has any one thought of God in a physic mind set, apply physical laws to him? As a Catholic I believe in the trinity. God starting as singularity in a Hilbert space environment but all that exists is the one singularity that holds all of time space and matter with in it. As He “divides” aka speaks, in to two those two parts are the same thing but separate same essence but now distinct the energy that resulted in the division is all so part of the two because first law of thermodynamics. all three same, the same essences the same energy, and all three are different and equal. @physics@Catholic
Today we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the start of the Cristero War.
Mexican Catholics rose up in arms to reopen their Churches against government oppression.
“¡¡Viva, Cristo Rey!!” Long live Christ the King!!
100 years ago Catholic men and women and children defended their faith. I am from the towns that stood their ground and won the war. Thanks to them I can proudly say viva Christo Rey Viva La Virgen de Guadalupe
On this day, July 17th in 1794, during the French Revolution, sixteen Carmelite nuns were guillotined for refusing to accept state control over the Catholic Church in France
In the 21st century Bergoglio and Pope Leo have given the Chinese communists control of the Church, including the appointment of bishops
The Bergoglians have betrayed the Martyrs of Compiègne.
@Timcast Life was good before all the impose laws that make you spend money you don’t have. Insurances taxes etc… everyone adding their fair share to the price of a stick of gum life sucks when you don’t have government “helping” but everything you have is yours
