@RoyalMail redelivery website keeps me on loop and won't work. App won't work either. Tried calling - 40 min wait. The "updated" card doesn't even tell me who the parcel is for or where to collect it from. And apparently my local office shuts at 10am! How do I get my parcels?

@Geneannagist My grandad's prisoner of war index card. He was captured at Arnhem and held at Belsen. It has his photo holding his prisoner number and a finger print...he talked about his experiences but we'd never seen this card before. They were handed back to the British after the war ended.

@AsdaServiceTeam tried to pay for shopping with giftcards today-they didn't work but you've taken funds off- balance is £0 now on each. Spoke to giftcards customer services and they said they've dealt with 200 similar issues in the past few days. When will we get our money back?

@currys I have never experienced such a faff trying to return an order. I collected from store and tried to return to store, but not allowed. Now (after going across town to return it) I have to wait for you to review my request. Then find some packaging. Then print off a label/1
