@HMRCcustomers @AdmanViking Thanks for this. However she doesn't have much of the info required she left the UK in the 70s and has been abroad. She paid tax but doesn't have the paperwork. I have tried online multiple times and it's just not working. Is there someone she can speak to, call and speak to?

@HMRCcustomers Hi Steve, I am wanting to change my address. I got my NI number last year, so I am setting up the gov. Gateway acc and I can't get past to prove my identity. I've tried to call but keep being cut off.

@HMRCcustomers Hi this won't help, it's taking me to the Government Gateway, which is where the problem is. I cannot get past inputting my name, date of birth & NI number. It just says they can't verify my identity. Is there someone I can speak to or an office I can visit?
