@OctopusEnergy every month since March I have emailed to say you are not billing us for gas - was told it was sorted even though I have a smart meter still no gas bill . So I sent a manual reading and you estimate I’ve used most the gas since the price hike #crooks

They live with us and have children who are now isolating due to bubble closure at school - they want the vaccine but can’t seem to get it as nobody will help us - they are vulnerable and you are leaving them at risk !!

@PHE_uk My parents can’t get their 2nd dose as 1st was given in Spain , they tried with gps and 119 and they won’t book their 2nd !!

@PHE_uk loop hole found in system parents have been stuck in Spain 1st vaccination done in Spain they don’t give proof - tried to book them their 2nd nobody will do it - they are in their late 60s vulnerable and left unvaccinated now ? Can you help please ?
