Sat in Kings Cross after two brilliant days with my fabulous team, just taking a moment to reflect. I absolutely have the most awesome people to work with!
St John Ambulance welcomes the re-introduction of Martyn's Law as part of the Kings' Speech. This legislation is vital to ensuring organisations have appropriate first aid and security arrangements in place to protect the public at events.

Tonight was a story of two halves. The first spent celebrating the fabulous Badgers at 'The Berties'. I got to dress up and snapped a pic with a VIP. Then a quick drive to Sheffield to say goodbye to a wonderful youth leader, leaving the organisation after 13 years. #MySJADay
And just like that, volunteers week is nearly over again. My tshirt says it all really! Another long day, but I couldn't be prouder to volunteer for SJA.
It's volunteers week, what better way to spend it then moving vehicles, getting Comms kit ready, doing the all important food run, rejigging plans and getting all the kit to site with the best team! Last bit of load in tomorrow!
@ItsMattAtkinson Definitely can lose its meaning, I think a thank you needs to personalised so you know the work you are doing has meaning..if used right it can bring a tear to the eye ๐
