@Selfridges My daughter bought a bottle of Creed for her boyfriend all explained he tested it previously. When he got it there was virtually no smell so they took it back. The staff were not very friendly, 3 against 1. They said because they had sprayed it it couldn’t be returned.

Appalling service for my daughter in @Selfridges Trafford last week. She wanted to exchange a @creedfragrances and they were rude and refused. Absolutely shameful. No reply from head office either
