@SustainableDish@joerogan@robbwolf @jamescophoto @Nick_Offerman Beautiful! I love your work and Sacred Cow is honestly one of my favourite nutrition books. Please keep up the good work ๐๐ผ
If you are training for an upcoming trail race, here are some ideas for your nutrition.
1.Log your intake, amount and type of food & hydration of all long runs, details of how you feel, including nausea, headache, bowel movement, even discomfort from your clothing and footwear
Finally, you are unique and you are the expert in your body. No one knows you better than you do. What works for others may not be the same for you. Be patient to experiment. Always tried and tested. Nothing new on race days!
More in my blog post here and about how to incorporate real food with anti inflammatory and antioxidants protect athletes from oxidative stress fr endurance exercise

10. If you have problems with nausea or vomiting, watch out for salt, dehydration, low blood sugar
11. If you have a weak stomach, test and log your reaction to every type of food before race day.
12. Use your training runs to test everything new
