Over an hour on the phone to @o2 in Oct paid the charges I apparently had outstanding, was told my contract DEFINITELY cancelled & I would receive no more requests for payment. Home yesterday to another letter demanding money and I can’t get hold of anyone. Awful service.

After spending hours on the phone to @virginmedia yesterday to get my tv sorted it still wasn’t running properly and told I couldn’t speak to anyone until after 8am this morning - been on hold for 35 minutes already and still haven’t spoken to anyone 😡😡😡
