@FanaticsSupport The order under your subsidiary online Kitbag CS does not refunded my order since November 2020 when the parcel is returned. Order 279-3097-4183. Can someone follow up and refund please.

@KitbagCS I’ve attached the reply from your courier delivery partner claiming that Trakpak will consolidate the parcel and return to your Kitbag. This is definitely not my fault due to wrong value of items declared that costs me a bomb!!

@KitbagCS Please escalate to your courier delivery partner to check on this. From my side, i spoke to you many times that customs could not provide any information for the order. Your courier delivery partner can only provide the information to us!!

@KitbagCS I left frustrated with the way of you handling my case. The parcel has been returned back to Kitbag and yet i do not receive my refund. I caught up with the same message again and again from Kitbag. Kitbag is cheating out my money!!!

@KitbagCS my two orders are pending resolution from your side. I definitely think that kitbag robbed my money. Please escalate this to resolve it!
